A thorough fascia wash involves the exterior cleaning of UPVC gutters, fascia, soffits (cladding) and exterior of downpipes. This can make a huge difference to the look of your home.

We use a range of safe chemicals and, for the majority of cleans, they are non-abrasive so will not damage or scratch the plastics.

We offer three levels of cleaning:

Level 1: For most, we spray on a loosening chemical agent, then use the water fed brushes to agitate the dirt then rinse. This will usually give a completely satisfactory result.

Level 2: If you prefer a more concentrated clean, then using ladders we will go close up using small brushes to achieve a deep clean.

Level 3: This is utilised when the plastic has been neglected too long, stains can become immovable without abrasive cleaning, and so we use more aggressive techniques and chemicals.
